Welcome Home, Steph Te Ohaere-Fox!

Welcome Home, Steph Te Ohaere-Fox!

Thames Valley Rugby Union is proud to welcome Steph Te Ohaere-Fox into her new role as Women’s & Girls Lead at TVRU.
Born and bred Thames Valley, Steph grew up in Kerepehi, attending Kerepehi Primary School and Hauraki Plains College before heading south to Christchurch, where she kick-started an outstanding rugby career.
Her journey includes:
🏉 113 games for Canterbury.
🏉 Super Rugby Aupiki Champion with Matatū.
🏉 25 Tests for the Black Ferns.
🏉 Representing the Women’s Barbarians vs England, Wales and USA.
More recently, we’ve loved having Steph back in the region as part of our Vixens, where she’s played two seasons and made a huge impact on and off the field.
Steph returns home with her wife Andrea and children Manahau and Anatia, excited to be close to whānau again – including her dad, the legend himself Lester Te Ohaere-Fox, former Swamp Fox.
Welcome home Steph. We’re so excited for the impact you’ll have on the women and girls of Thames Valley 🤝🏽
