Contact Ready is back in the Valley!!!

If you’re a girl aged 12–17 from anywhere across the Thames Valley region who has been thinking about giving rugby a go, or you want to build confidence in the contact space, this programme is for you.

Contact Ready is all about learning the fundamentals in a safe, supportive, girls-only environment where you can grow your skills, build confidence, and back yourself. Whether you’re brand new to rugby or looking to sharpen up before the season, you’ll be right at home.
